The Youth & Family Academy supports young people and their families through academic enrichment, creative expression, STEM exploration, mentorship, leadership development, cultural identity, and parent empowerment.

This pathway helps youth build confidence in the classroom, explore new skills, develop their voice, strengthen their identity, and imagine a future with greater possibility.

Why This Matters

Too many young people are growing up without consistent access to academic support, creative outlets, positive mentorship, cultural grounding, emotional safety, or exposure to future pathways.

When youth are left out of opportunity, confusion can take root — confusion about identity, direction, purpose, safety, and possibility.

Blokk Akademy exists to build the opposite.

Through the Youth & Family Academy, we help young people develop the confidence, skills, discipline, and support systems they need to learn, lead, create, and thrive.

Who We Serve

The Youth & Family Academy is designed for youth, teens, young adults, parents, and caregivers who are navigating barriers to education, opportunity, wellness, and stability.

We serve young people and families impacted by:

• Under-resourced schools

• Academic gaps

• Limited access to tutoring or enrichment

• Lack of structured arts and STEM opportunities

• Food insecurity and family instability

• Community violence or chronic stress

• Limited mentorship

• Digital access gaps

We intentionally include parents and caregivers because youth development is strongest when the family system is supported too.

We do not separate learning from wellness.

Partnership Opportunities

Blokk Akademy partners with schools, community organizations, faith institutions, youth-serving agencies, cultural organizations, funders, volunteers, and local leaders to expand access to youth and family programming.

Sponsor or Request a Youth & Family Program

Support from donors, sponsors, schools, churches, community organizations, and local partners helps remove barriers to access.

A sponsored or requested program can help provide tutoring, learning materials, food, snacks, or refreshments where appropriate, technology access, creative tools, facilitator support, family workshops, transportation support, and safe community spaces.
